Christopher Pike is an experienced business and real estate attorney.

Prior to joining Gantenbein Law Firm, Mr. Pike worked as an attorney for his business law firm, Simplicity Law, and as a civil litigator in San Francisco and Salt Lake City.

​

Recognized for his both his business and real estate acumen, Christopher has extensive business and commercial and residential real estate litigation and transactional experience. Christopher enjoys negotiating complex agreements and settlements for his clients.  He has developed an approachable and straightforward manner to the most intricate of legal issues, focusing on helping businesses and individuals operate effectively to minimize or avoid future legal issues and protecting business assets.

Christopher's vast corporate legal experience extends to negotiating and drafting commercial transactions, and technology-related agreements across a broad spectrum of industries. His background includes a keen perspective and skill in business formation, business and franchise sales, corporate governance matters, business contracts, on-line commerce, selling and/or exiting a business and more. He has an extensive history of successfully drafting and conducting company-wide training on Equal Employment and Anti-Discrimination policies and procedures.

Mr. Pike is also an experienced litigator, representing clients on property and real cases. His past real estate litigation cases include construction defect cases, property damage, real-estate non-disclosure, and class-action lawsuits against unlicensed contractors. Mr. Pike also has expansive experience in transactional real estate matters, including foreclosure defense.

Christopher is an effective problem solver, able to balance legal and business interests on behalf of his clients to further their objectives.

Mr. Pike attended law school at the University of California, Hastings College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah.

Christopher spends his free time exploring the Rocky Mountains and deserts, and embracing and exploring different cultures and learning opportunities whether in Denver or traveling to new places.
